John F. said “I found Mark and his son very helpful. It did not help that the Omega Cooktop unit had an incorrect burner jet in the Wok Burner so that the flame burnt at least four to six inches high which was very dangerous. Mark, after a lot of trial and error, fitted an 0.57 jet which works OK. However, I wanted to register that the Installation instructions showed that there should have been two jets and there was only one which was an 0.96. So I am just letting you know that what we got was not what the Installation Instructions said should be there AND THAT CERTAINLY CAUSED MARK A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF LOST TIME WITH THE INSTALLATION AND I DON'T WANT THE INCOMPLETE SUPPY OF TWO JETS WITH THE UNIT TO VOID ANY WARRANTEE IN THE FUTURE.
